Project Overview
When TrexxITPro decided to scale their enterprise networking hardware sales alongside their consumer broadband services, they realized that off-the-shelf platforms couldn't handle their complex business model. Hardware buyers require shopping carts, delivery tracking, and B2B bank transfers. Broadband subscribers require real-time ISP metrics, recurring invoice management, and technical support ticketing.
We engineered TrexxITPro Shop—a bespoke, unified architecture built on Next.js 15, Supabase, and Payload CMS. This platform detects the isIspUser state and seamlessly routes customers into their designated ecosystem, preventing feature pollution while maintaining a centralized, premium brand interface.

Core Features & Architecture
Retail & E-Commerce Hub
The retail portal features visual order tracking, an expansive corporate Address Book for multiple shipping locations, and Custom Payments which handle automated UTR and Screenshot verifications securely.
Broadband ISP Ecosystem
Broadband users are seamlessly routed to an entirely different UI showing real-time connection telemetry and live Payload CMS billing integration.
GenieACS Remote Router Config
Empowering users to change Wi-Fi passwords and reboot their physical routers instantly from the dashboard. We integrated the GenieACS TR-069 API to securely push CWMP configurations directly to customer premises equipment (CPE), entirely bypassing standard physical admin panels.
Support Ticketing CRM
Instead of forcing users to call a hotline, we built a Real-Time Support Ticketing System directly into the dashboard. It features strict IP and User-based rate limiting to prevent spam, while Payload CMS acts as the real-time CRM for support agents.
Key Learnings
Managing complex state across two vastly different user bases requires highly opinionated Next.js layout structures.
Payload CMS depth-control optimization is critical; fetching too deeply drastically hurts Time to First Byte (TTFB).
Implementing strict CSRF middleware is non-negotiable when dealing with custom bank transfers and hardware telemetry APIs.
Users expect fluid micro-interactions (e.g., our 700ms transitions and glassmorphism) even in enterprise B2B portals.

The TrexxITPro Shop project perfectly showcases how a highly fragmented legacy system can be unified into a single, breathtaking application without compromising on security or performance. By centralizing the retail sales logic with the broadband telemetry systems, TrexxITPro was able to significantly decrease overhead while vastly improving customer satisfaction.
This project proves that B2B enterprise dashboards don't have to be boring—using modern typography, deep dark-mode gradients, and thoughtful user-experience routing, we created a tool that feels incredible to use every single day.
