Project Overview
When TrexxITPro decided to scale its enterprise networking hardware sales alongside its consumer broadband services, it found that off-the-shelf platforms couldn't handle such a complex business model. Hardware buyers need shopping carts, delivery tracking, and B2B bank transfers. Broadband subscribers need real-time ISP metrics, recurring invoice management, and technical support ticketing.
I built TrexxITPro Shop — a bespoke, unified platform built on Next.js 15, Supabase, and Payload CMS. This platform detects the isIspUser state and routes customers to the right experience, keeping each side free of irrelevant features while maintaining one centralised brand interface.
The Challenge
Core Features & Architecture
Retail & E-Commerce Hub
The retail portal features visual order tracking, a corporate address book for multiple shipping locations, and custom payments that handle UTR and screenshot verification securely.
Broadband ISP Ecosystem
Broadband users are routed to an entirely different UI showing real-time connection telemetry and live billing from Payload CMS.
GenieACS Remote Router Config
Users can change Wi-Fi passwords and reboot their routers instantly from the dashboard. I integrated the GenieACS TR-069 APIto securely push CWMP configurations directly to customer premises equipment (CPE), bypassing the router's own admin panel entirely.
Support Ticketing CRM
Instead of making users call a helpline, I built a real-time support ticketing system directly into the dashboard. It has strict IP- and user-based rate limiting to prevent spam, while Payload CMS acts as the real-time CRM for support agents.
Key Learnings
Managing complex state across two very different user bases requires opinionated Next.js layout structures.
Payload CMS depth-control optimisation is critical; fetching too deeply badly hurts Time to First Byte (TTFB).
Implementing strict CSRF middleware is non-negotiable when dealing with custom bank transfers and hardware telemetry APIs.
Users expect fluid micro-interactions (such as 700ms transitions and glassmorphism) even in enterprise B2B portals.

Final Thoughts
TrexxITPro Shop shows how a fragmented legacy setup can be unified into a single application without compromising on security or performance. By bringing retail sales and broadband telemetry together, TrexxITPro reduced overhead and improved the customer experience.
It also shows that B2B enterprise dashboards don't have to be dull — with modern typography, deep dark-mode gradients, and thoughtful routing, the result is a tool that is a pleasure to use every day.
